Legal Notices As Required to Comply
With State Laws & State Bar Rules

It is the intent to comply with all laws and ethical rules in the preparation of this web site. By virtue of the characteristics of Internet communication of lawyer advertisements generally, including by the ability of persons to view the advertisement beyond state borders, and indeed worldwide, the following notices are provided for all states of the United States. The state laws and state bar rules and other laws governing Internet comminication generally, and attorney advertisements in particular are constantly changing. Mr. Henke has made an effort here to comply with all the applicable state laws, state bar rules and other rules in anticipation that this advertisement might be viewed by citizens of the 50 states of the United States. This advertisement is not intended for citizens whose potential cases do not have a nexus with the state of California, e.g., an accident tor incident that arose in the state, or in which the lawsuit might properly be brought in the state, e.g., by virtue of a defendant's incorporation in the state or the location of its principal place of business in the state. Mr. Henke is licensed only to practice only in the state of California and does not undertake to represent clients in other states or advise clients on the laws of other states, except as conflicts of laws or jurisdictional issues may arise in connection with a discussion of which states a particular claim might be filed. Because the state laws and state bar rules regarding Internet attorney communication are constantly changing an effort has been made below to comply with the most current laws of all states.

To the extent that some States may require that the attorney responsible for the preparation of advertising be identified in the advertisement and/or that the State and location of his principal place of business be identified, be it known that: Raymond L. Henke, Esq. is responsible for the web site; Mr. Henke's principal place of business is located in the County of Los Angeles, State of California. To the extent that some States may require that it be identified those who have paid for attorney advertising if not the attorney himself: Be it known that no one other than Raymond L. Henke paid for this advertisement or anything associated with it.

The purpose of this web site is solely to provide information on the subject matters contained therein. The purpose is strictly informational. The web site is not to intended provide legal advice. No information contained on this web site is intended to constitute legal advice. None of the information should be interpreted as legal advice. It is not legal advice. Henke is by a written attorney-client retainer agreement signed both my the client and Mr. Henke. The determination of whether you need legal services and your choice of a lawyer are very important matters that should not be based on advertisements. The prospective client is encouraged to contact Mr. Henke to discuss the merits of his or her case, to determine whether Mr. Henke would be willing to prosecute the case, to inquire further about Mr. Henke's qualifications, and to determine the specific contractual terms under which Mr. Henke would be willing to prosecute the prospective client's case. The prospective client is encouraged also to consult other qualified attorneys to compare credentials and other factors which the prospective client considers important to him or her. To locate other lawyers whom the prospective client might consider to represent him or her Mr. Henke recomends that he or she contact a state bar operated or county bar association lawyer referral service for the names and telephone numbers of other qualified attorneys in order to compare qualifications. The prospective client will thus have the opportunity to inquire of those and any other attorneys the prospective client elects to consult as to the qualifications perceived as most relevant to the prospective client. Ultimately, however, the prospective client must weigh the relative qualifications of such attorneys as he may elect to interview and make this decision for himself.

Mr. Henke and his firm also have intake guidelines by which it is determined whether it is considered that he can be of service to the client. Henke reserves the right to decline to represent any prospective client for any reason.
